Shop Policies



Every creation in TRS shop is handmade by me. Due to the handmade nature of all The Roaring Siren jewelry pieces, for made-to-order pieces, slight variations in size, detail, and texture may occur. Each piece has its’ own unique beauty, which is what's so fun about handmade jewelry, right? No one piece is the exact replica of the other. That being said, you can rest assured that you will receive a carefully handcrafted piece infused with love and healing energy, always.



Orders are shipped out every Tuesday or Wednesday. 

Please take into account that your orders are created, packaged, and shipped by a one woman show.

Some items are made-to-order, and some are already made.

Made-to-order items take a little longer to ship. Unless otherwise noted, please kindly allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created and shipped thoughtfully, and with love (3-4 weeks during the months November-December if your order is not a Holiday gift).

If you need something by a specific date or need an order rushed please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate you and your needs.



Receive free shipping for domestic orders over $100 via USPS Priority or First Class Mail with tracking. 

All shipments come with tracking. The Roaring Siren is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 



International shipping is currently only offered to Canada, Australia, The UK. If you live elsewhere, feel free to email and we can figure something out. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created and shipped.

Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive after being shipped.

If you need an order by an earlier date please email and you will be further assisted.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.

They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and

taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold,

if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient,

and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.



All sales are final.

Refunds are not offered.

Exchanges are not offered under most circumstances. 

If you have a question regarding your order, or would like to cancel an order please contact within 24 hours. 

All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be exchanged.
